Redwood Shores, Calif., June 17, 2009 -– Compiere, Inc., the global leader in open source and cloud Relevant Products/Services-based ERP solutions, announced today that the International Organization of Standardization (ISO) has improved productivity, streamlined business processes, and enhanced customer Relevant Products/Services service with Compiere ERP. ISO is the world's largest developer and publisher of International Standards for the public and private sectors. Headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, ISO is a network Relevant Products/Services of the national standards institutes in 161 countries and serves over 50,000 new customers every year.

ISO selected Compiere ERP based on its proven success in reducing business process complexities, lowering IT infrastructure Relevant Products/Services costs, ease of integration Relevant Products/Services with internal systems, and flexibility to make changes quickly and cost effectively utilizing Compiere's Model Driven Application Platform.

Operationally, Compiere supports 18,000 standards that are available in multiple languages and processes 5,000 customer orders per month primarily through online sales.

With Compiere, ISO now has a fully integrated application supporting marketing, direct and online sales, accounting, and purchasing activities. Compiere ERP helps to consolidate ISO's product offerings consisting of International Standards and publications and products derived from ISO Standards. Compiere is also supporting ISO's pricing structure, inventory, subscriptions services for ISO standards and magazines, as well as invoicing and all related financial processes, including accounting and purchasing. ISO worked closely with Audaxis, a Compiere Gold Partner, to customize and implement Compiere, creating an integrated system with a robust webstore and a comprehensive back-office system using Compiere ERP.
